Current customers with established credit accounts may continue to order products from Lifetronics by telephone, fax or email. Payment is net 30 days from delivery of the product(s). New customers, without credit accounts, can also order but must pre-pay by certified cheque, bank draft, Visa, MasterCard or Letter Of Credit (LC). Your order will be processed after payment is received.
If new customers plan to order regularly from Lifetronics, then a credit account may be established by completing our Credit Application Form and submitted via E-mail, mail or fax to our customer service department for approval.

Samples & Trial | Evaluation of Products
Lifetronics offers a limited sampling program for its disposable products and trial/evaluation of reusable products and devices to qualified customers only.
Lifetronics Medical Inc. uses mainly Canada Post for order placed through its online store. Orders are normally shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.
Every item Lifetronics Medical Inc. sells is carefully inspected and packaged before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within five (5) business days of arrival of your package for a Return Authorization claim number.
All products distributed and sold by Lifetronics Medical Inc. are covered by the respective manufacturer’s original limited warranty as specified in their product package inserts and/or users’ manuals. Shipping costs are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty programs.
